Attorney Paul Crouch is an experienced litigator with over 25 years managing and working all aspects of Mass Tort litigation.  Licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1985, he has personally handled thousands of cases representing injured individuals to successful conclusions, many being multi-million dollar results.  Paul founded his original his firm in 1986 and was subsequently voted Top Attorney of Greater Fort Worth by his peers.

 

Paul began his experience in Mass Tort litigation while working with Williams and Bailey law firm out of Houston, Texas.  He oversaw the FenPhen Philadelphia litigation office for the firm battling law firms from coast to coast who were representing the pharmaceutical company. The litigation ultimately resulted in recovering millions for FenPhen users around the country. During this time, Paul gained the respect and the relationships within the Mass Tort community he now utilizes to benefit his clients.

 

Based upon his Fen-Phen mass tort prosecution/litigation experience, Paul developed a proprietary criteria and formula for identifying dangerous pharmaceuticals and dangerous products, both of which are actionable and recoverable in the civil justice system.  His formula has since become known as the Crouch Model. 

 

Paul founded Paul Crouch & Associates, PLLC and The Crouch Firm, PLLC in 2013.  He did so to specifically prosecute Mass Tort causes of action on behalf of thousands of injured individuals across the nation due to mass ingestion of dangerous prescription drugs and/or mass use of dangerous products.  Having his sophisticated tort litigation experience and relational interconnectivity with those predominant in the field, Paul, with input from this tight-knit community, identifies those dangerous drugs and dangerous products that fit into his model, long before they are common knowledge in the Mass Tort arena.  This enables him to move expeditiously and efficiently to assist those groups who have been injured and damaged as a result of their ingestion of dangerous pharmaceuticals or the use of dangerous products.
 

He has now used the Crouch Model to identify, acquire, retain and represent thousands of women who suffered severe injuries as a result of Transvaginal Mesh (TVM) implantations and thousands of men who suffered injuries as a result of Risperdal/risperidone ingestion.  His TVM dockets have multiple defendant manufacturers and are currently in the process of resolution.  His Risperdal docket and cases are being actively pursued in trial proceedings throughout the nation against it's manufacturer.  To date, Paul has been directly involved in successfully recovering well over $100,000,000.00 in awards and settlements for those harmed by dangerous products and pharmaceuticals.
 

Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1985, he is licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts. Mr. Crouch received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas State University with Highest Honors and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence Degree in 1985 from the University of Houston where he was a member of the honors fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. He has been honored by the Tarrant County Bar as one of Greater Fort Worth Top Attorneys and his primary area of practice is Mass Tort litigation.
